A cooperation agreement has been concluded between the Hungarian ECC-Consulting Marketing and Financial Advisory s.Co. and the Spanish Iberalta Group on 30^th May 2007 in Budapest. The Spanish corporation arrived with the businessmen delegation of Juan Carlos I., King of Spain. The cooperation aggrement has been signed by Sr. D. Jorge Fortes Sánchez - CEO and Mr. Zoltán Farkas - CEO, and they enounced the partnership between the two companies. The ceremonious contracting was taken by the contribution of Sr. D. Pedro Mejía Gómez, the Spanish Under-Secretary of Tourism.

The Iberalta – International tourism & hotel advicers corporation through its different departments provides widespread and specialized economic and technological advisory service on the field of tourism. Among the services there is consulting engineering in connection with the starting-up and operating of hotels, restaurants and leisure facilities. According to the plans the Iberalta Group will contribute to the establishment of 10 hotels in the next 5 years (5 in the centre of Budapest, 2 in the suburb of Budapest, 1 in Budaörs and 2 in Balaton) in Hungary, with a total amount of 300 million euro.

The ECC-Consulting s.CO. is an advisory corporation, which main activities are: corporate-financing, preparing and managing of the connected European Union tenders; preparation, starting-up and operating of projects – with particular attention on tourism, by which providing complex and comprehensive services. The corporation possesses economic advising experience in the sphere of preparing and managing capital investments, corporate mergers and acquisitions.
